Động cơ 1 pha giờ đây có thể thay đổi được tốc độ 1 cách linh hoạt nhờ vào bộ biến tần Frecon.

BIẾN TẦN ĐIỀU KHIỂN ĐỘNG CƠ 1 PHA 220V

Hầu hết các dòng biến tần hiện nay đều dùng để điều khiển tốc độ cho động cơ 3 pha 220 Vac hoặc 3 pha 380 Vac. Điện áp ra U V W cấp cho động cơ phụ thuộc vào điện áp đầu vào R S T.

Tuy nhiên cũng có rất nhiều ứng dụng dân dụng sử dụng động cơ 1 pha và cũng yêu cầu thay đổi tốc đô linh hoạt đối với động cơ công suất nhỏ từ 100~2.2kw như bơm,quạt,băng tải, vì vậy chúng tôi cung cấp dòng biến tần Frecon có chức năng điều khiển tốc độ của động cơ 1 pha 220 Vac. Đây là dòng biến tần có nguồn cấp 1 pha 220 Vac, đầu ra biến tần điều khiển tốc độ động cơ 1 pha 220v. Khi lắp biến tần cho động cơ 1 pha thì bạn có thể điều chỉnh tốc độ của động cơ 1 cách linh hoạt qua chiết áp trên biến tần,chiết áp bên ngoài hoặc nút tăng giảm tốc độ trực tiếp trên biến tần.

Có 2 dòng Frecon có thể điều khiển động cơ 1 pha công suât từ 0.4~ 2.2 kw là biến tần Frecon FR100 và Biến tần FR150A

1- Dùng biến tần điều khiển động cơ 1 pha bằng cách loại bỏ tụ điện của động cơ điện 1 chiều

 Phương án này phức tạp hơn với Sơ đồ đấu nối như hình dưới và chọn chế độ điều khiển ở tham số F08:00 = 2. Phương pháp này chúng ta cần  kiểm tra xem cuộn dây nào là quận khởi động,cuộn dây nào là cuộn làm việc

2-Biến tần điều khiển động cơ 1 pha không cần bỏ tụ

Phương pháp này đơn giản hơn. Ta chỉ việc cài đặt tham số F08:00 = 3 để chuyển chế độ và đấu 2 dây của động cơ 1 pha vào 2 chân ra của biến tần là U và V như hình bên dưới là có thể dùng biến tần điều khiển tốc độ động cơ 1 pha được. 

1 vài các tham số biến tần điều khiển động cơ 1 pha cơ bản như sau :

  • F 00 : 04 = 1 Reset tham số về mặc định
  • F 01: 01 = lệnh thay đổi tốc độ (= 0 là thay đổi qua nút tăng giảm, = 1 chiết áp trên bàn phím, =2 analog, =3  truyền thông)
  • F 02 : 01 = lênh chạy dừng ( = 0 là chạy dừng trên bàn phím, = 1 chạy dừng bằng công tắc ngoài,= 2 là chạy truyền thông)
  • F 03 : 00 = Thời gian tăng tốc ( s)
  • F 03 : 01 = Thời gian giảm tốc (s)

Chú ý : với phương pháp không bỏ tụ thì sẽ không đảo chiều được động cơ
